Frances Reimers is the founder and CEO of Firestarter, a premier personal brand consultancy based in Alexandria, VA, specializing in developing, managing, and protecting the brands of some of the nation's most prominent high school, collegiate, and professional athletes, coaches, and sports executives.

 

Under Frances' leadership, Firestarter has built a distinguished client roster that includes the Denver Nuggets, Las Vegas Raiders, Washington Commanders, and the University of Pittsburgh's Alliance 412. Her agency has also worked with the San Francisco 49ers' Jon Feliciano, Aaron Donald's AD99 Solutions Foundation, Deatrich Wise's Wise Up Foundation, numerous collegiate athletic programs, and many individual high school, college, and professional athletes, coaches, and professional service providers.

 

In addition to her work at Firestarter, Frances is deeply committed to civic and philanthropic endeavors. She serves on the Advisory Boards for the Columbia Lighthouse for the Blind and Soldiers to Sidelines. In 2020, she launched the Firestarter Personal Branding program, an innovative eight-week course designed to teach students at Laramie County Community College in Cheyenne, WY, the fundamentals of brand-building.

 

A recognized authority on brand building and NIL, Frances is a sought-after speaker featured in O Magazine, Forbes, Huffington Post, Athletic Business, Front Office Sports, Washington Post, and You Can Magazine. Her insights have also made her a frequent guest on various radio and TV shows, podcasts, and in 2014, she appeared on CNN's Live with Piers Morgan. Frances was honored as a recipient of the Alexandria Chamber of Commerce's 40 Under 40 award in 2016.
